Description

Citronella (mosquito plant, Pelargonium 'Citronella') thrives in full sun to partial shade, requiring well-draining, moderately fertile soil and warm temperatures (above 50 degrees at night). It is ideal for containers, growing 2–3 feet tall, and needs water only when the top inch of soil is dry, favoring slightly acidic soil (pH 5.8–6.3).
